At Project Unbound, many of our releases are offered as pre-orders. This allows us to produce limited quantities, reduce waste, and focus on delivering quality products.

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an item before it has been produced and shipped. Payment is collected at checkout to secure your order.

Production & Shipping Timeline

• Pre-orders typically require 2–5 weeks for production and fulfillment.
• Once production is complete, your order will be shipped and tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
• Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Delays

Production timelines are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing, supply chain, or carrier delays. If a significant delay occurs, we will provide updates to customers as soon as possible.
